During the initial design phase of this project, we placed tremendous emphasis on creating a design that was as truly scalable to a fully operational Hyperloop pod. To accomplish this vision we centralized our efforts on several areas. First, air bearings to provide an efficient and reliable method of levitation. Second, a robust frame capable of withstanding the demands of long distance high speed travel. Third, an active controls system to ensure the smoothest and safest ride. Finally, a carbon fiber shell to improve the aerodynamics of our pod.
